About The Treehouse
Our story
The Treehouse is a creative and wellness studio nestled in the loft of a rustic barn above Flex Fitness in Landisville, Pennsylvania. Born from a shared vision between Phil and Kat, the space was designed to nurture the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Phil, owner of Flex Fitness, began his career in art education before discovering a passion for fitness and personal training, both online and in person. Kat, owner of Ivy House Creative Marketing Agency owner and professional photographer, also has deep roots in the arts.
The two met at Flex Fitness and quickly realized their mutual belief that wellness is multidimensional—not just physical or mental, but a harmonious blend of creativity, movement, and inner peace.
Together, they envisioned a space where people could create, move, breathe, and connect—a sanctuary that encourages both artistic expression and physical well-being.

The Space
Located on the upper floor of a charming barn, The Treehouse offers a warm and elevated retreat above the energy of Flex Fitness. The design draws inspiration from the natural, immersive aesthetic of Terrain, blending organic textures, cozy lounge elements, and lush greenery.
A signature feature of the space is a stunning faux tree that grows from the floor and extends its branches overhead. This centerpiece creates:
